Gradinaru
Gradinaru is the foundation of our program — a master horseman with over 50 years of experience in breeding, training, and shaping riders. Guided by legends of Romanian equestrian sport, he built a multi‑generational legacy rooted in clarity, respect, and long‑term vision. His philosophy is simple: train with intention, honor the horse, and let results speak through the riders he guides.
Ionut
A Balkan Champion, veterinarian, and professional trainer, Ionuț blends science with instinct in everything he does. Following the same leadership style as his father, he speaks not about his own achievements, but about the progress of the children and riders he trains. His greatest pride is passing on the family’s passion, horsemanship, and love for horses to the next generation.
Bogdan
Bogdan is the competitive spirit of the family — a Balkan Champion, National Grand Prix winner, and international rider. Now based in Germany, he develops young horses for high‑performance sport alongside elite trainers. His work is defined by precision, patience, and a deep understanding of how to build a horse for the future.
Stefan
Stefan brings speed, intuition, and natural feel to the team. A multiple National Champion, Balkan Champion and student of Animal Science, he works closely with Gradinaru to develop young horses from their earliest stages. His quiet confidence and thoughtful approach reflect the next generation of the family’s breeding and training philosophy.
Crina
Crina’s journey began with the magic of her first childhood ride — a feeling she rediscovered years later through her daughter. Reconnecting with the Leonte family brought her back to the world of horses, inspiring the creation of Silver Moon: a place where passion, family legacy, and ethical horsemanship come together. She leads the program with heart, intention, and a belief in building dreams one horse at a time.
